THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring an SMB Growth Marketing Manager to our Marketing team in New York! The Global SMB Growth Team is based in Sao Paulo, Brazil and is responsible for the B2B acquisition and conversion of SMB companies (US, LatAm).

YOUR IMPACT

  • Own efforts of increasing website traffic, generating leads, and converting them along the buyer journey. You'll work closely with the sales teams to ensure marketing activity and sales goals are aligned
  • Run marketing campaigns and other growth initiatives end-to-end: design experiments, develop campaigns strategy and drive execution of the campaign through to completion
  • Grow new leads, including marketing-qualified leads by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content (including offers)
  • Running initiatives to convert leads into sales opportunities with the sales team while managing all the communication with them
  • Continually look for new ways to generate leads and manage targeted list development
  • Run growth experiments: monitor, analyze and report KPIs, continuously testing and optimizing channels, audiences, visual creative, and copy to maximize immediate and long-term ROI
  • Think strategically, analytically and creatively about new ways to reach B2B customers and increase the relevance of our communication by investigating, testing, and tracking new channels using paid and non-paid solutions

 WHO YOU ARE

  • 5+ years of years of hands-on digital experience driving B2B acquisition and conversion with campaigns across Growth Experiments, CRM, Paid Social and Search
  • An excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to drive all decisions and finish all tests
  • Expertise in building and managing Inbound Strategies (content) aiming to bring and convert new B2B leads to the funnel
  • Proficiency in marketing automation in order to generate traffic, convert visitors into leads, and then nurture them (using dynamic workflows) into converted customers
  • Experience in building a comprehensive Digital Marketing strategy from scratch, applying strategies of non traditional creative solutionsfunnel optimization and growth 
  • Strong analytical skills for robust data-driven decision making with experience in distilling volumes of data into simple KPIs and tracking, telling stories using data
  • A strong communicator both written and verbal (including presentation skills)
  • Strong sense of ownership and determination to get things done with a hands-on mindset
  • A plus if you have the following: Hubspot Inbound Marketing Certification or equivalent experience (Marketo, Eloqua etc), Google Analytics, Adwords.
