We’re looking for a Growth Marketer to play an instrumental role in cementing frank body as a household name throughout the US.

You’ll be a strategic marketer who can drive performance across the entire consumer journey, across all platforms, using data to guide you. Reporting to the CMO we’ll be looking to you to guide the creation and implementation of our US growth strategy utilizing Faraday to fast track our ambitious .com and retail targets.

This is a strategic sales & analytical role at its core, with the selected candidate having a deep understanding of how to develop and deliver an on-brand experience for our customers. 

This position requires out of the box & data driven thinking, exceptional attention to detail, and an enthusiastic approach to aggressive growth targets.

This is a Senior Role reporting directly to the CMO.


Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute scalable growth marketing strategies with a focus on customer acquisition and retention across all digital media.
  • Own the strategy and execution of new technology platforms such as Faraday.
  • Continuously analyze, scrutinize, and test to drive results including messaging, segmentation, creative testing, and UX testing. 
  • Monitor and analyze performance overall against traffic, ROAS and CAC goals. Proactively make and implement recommendations for optimization to effectively increasing LTV/CAC.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to produce top-performing ads and brainstorm new testing concepts.
  • Support retail-specific or retail-sponsored digital campaigns (including AMS strategy and execution for Amazon).
  • Provide analysis of North American digital marketing campaigns, developing recommendations for streamlining efforts and maximizing returns. Identify trends and insights. Optimize spend and performance based on insight.
  • Debrief your managing reports, providing analysis on the campaign messaging, creative, channels and offers for each target persona to inform future efforts.
  • Ensure frank body has the most efficient tools to drive growth


What you bring to the party:

  • 7+ years of experience in an analytical, growth marketing role
  • Experience in direct-to-consumer and/or e-commerce or retail, preferably at a digitally-native beauty brand
  • Experience implementing Faraday
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and to interact effectively with management and other departments as well as outside agencies
  • Experience working with paid media platforms, including programmatic display, paid search, and paid social (Facebook/Instagram)
  • Highly analytical with a strong knowledge of Excel and SQL
  • Experience with business analytics tools and CRO platforms 
  • Ability to connect qualitative and quantitative sources to drive impactful insights
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate findings into strategic recommendations
  • You execute, on time, and above expectations

What’s the deal?

This role will be full-time 5 days a week in the Manhattan HQ (pending COVID-19 restrictions; hybrid office and work-from-home model is currently in place).

The salary is TBC. Your salary will depend on the expertise and capability you bring.

Our office is dog friendly, bring your pooch on scheduled days.
