Head of Demand Generation
Our Demand Generation team has one mission: create pipeline for our hungry sales teams. As Head of Demand Generation US, you own pipeline creation for the US market to speed up 360Learning international expansion. You coach our US Paid Marketing Manager.
Within 1 month, you will:
- Experience a comprehensive onboarding that includes an insight to our teams, culture, and product
- Collaborate with our US Paid Marketing Manager to create your 1st marketing experiments on paid channels
- Upskill on how to manage our remarketing campaign
Within 3 months, you will:
- Own the US Demand Gen budget
- Be accountable for US SQL (Sales Qualification Lead) and cost/SQL targets
- Start coaching our US Paid Marketing Manager
- Define and execute your marketing experiment roadmap to monitor & improve every marketing touchpoint
- Partner with US BDRs to improve lead follow up and increase conversion rate of MQL (Marketing Qualified Lead) to SQL
- Be the US Sales team point of contact for all marketing-related questions
Within 6 months, you will:
- Collaborate with the rest of the US marketing team (US copywriter, US event manager, Brand team) to create more ambitious & complex campaigns
- Unlock new acquisition channels to scale demand generation in the US
- Feed the Product Marketing team with business insights based on your campaigns results thus building your knowledge of the L&D industry
Within 12 months, you will:
- Convert the learnings from your marketing experiments into strategic insights to build the US marketing roadmap
The Skills Set
- Min. 4 years experience in Demand Generation in B2B SaaS, owning a budget and a target (SQL/opportunities/pipe), interacting with a sales team
- Good understanding of SEM (Google Ads) and Social (LinkedIn Ads and/or Facebook Ads): you understand what our Paid Marketing Manager is doing and can challenge him
- Good command of marketing automation tools (Marketo, Pardot, Hubspot) and Salesforce
- Data-focus: you start with numbers. You’re driven by performance.
- Attention to detail: you know how to launch a campaign without a glitch and catch every typo
- Analytical skills: you quickly create reports and analyze performance methodically to identify bottlenecks
- Autonomy and Project Management: you’re a problem solver who knows how to conduct projects on her own. You handle uncertainty well and quickly adapt in an hyper-growth fast-changing environment
- Written communication: your written communication is structured and crystal-clear
- Experience with coaching / management is a plus but not compulsory. However, you should definitely be willing & excited to coach :)
- Experience with ABM campaigns is a plus
