Narmi's Co-Founders previously ran a financial institution as CEO and CTO so understand the challenges and needs of the market first-hand. This gives us a unique competitive advantage and heavily influences our product and engineering efforts.
Narmi has experienced rapid growth since its inception and now is the time to take the company to the next level. As Narmi’s Head of Growth, you will be responsible for new customer sales, marketing efforts and business development strategies. Growth will be measured by a range of quantitative and qualitative metrics, with Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) as the most significant KPI,. Furthermore, you will be closely tied into existing customer upsells to help drive net revenue retention. Narmi has enormous potential for the next decade. You will be in charge of ensuring we capture this potential.
Responsibilities:
- Be the face of the Narmi growth story by managing the sales, marketing and business development departments. You will ensure all these departments are best-in-class in both the industry and enterprise SaaS in general.
- Have a dotted line reporting structure to the customer success organization to facilitate NRR growth
- Manage all reporting to Co-Founders, the Board of Directors and the rest of the Management Team
- Create a scalable revenue generating organization that doubles revenue every year
- Implement and refine differentiation strategies, product messaging, go-to-market strategies
- Be a world-class manager and build a world-class team
Requirements:
- Demonstrated success at the highest level in scaling revenue at another fast-paced company
- Experience and knowledge of enterprise SaaS
- Desire and ability to work cross functionality across sales, marketing, business development and customer success
- Ability to travel and be customer facing
- Product oriented mindset - able to liaise directly with Product and Engineering teams and have them count on you as a strategic partner
- Ability to travel as needed (25-40%) - prospects need to know you are the face of the Growth team and will help them succeed
