Our Method

Calibrate is on a mission to change the way the world treats weight. We are the modern, medical approach to metabolic health. Calibrate members are paired with a doctor and a coach, who support them during their customized year-long program to lose 10% of their body weight and reset their metabolic system. We personalize treatment with medications and behavior coaching, using content and connected devices to help change the way members eat, exercise, sleep, and manage their emotional health.

About the Role

We are looking for a data-driven, brand-obsessed, revenue-focused senior marketing leader. This role is ideal for someone who is both an experienced “builder” who has developed a growth mindset scaling a high-growth company from the ground up, and a “runner” who has classical marketing training experience “running” a beloved consumer brand.

You will work directly for our Founder & CEO, and you will work cross-functionally with our product, operations, and clinical leadership teams. 

You will bring our brand values to life internally and externally. You will define and build our product marketing, communications, performance marketing, creative, and brand marketing foundations, championing customer insights throughout the company. You will define the conversation for how we change the way the world treats weight, and how we build the messaging and the distribution to reach the 175mm American adults who can join Calibrate to take control of their health.
