The Strategic Growth Associate team is responsible for bringing new, qualified deals & opportunities to Compass. They are the first impression for the entire company and a driving force behind Compass’ growth.

As our Head of SGA, you will be responsible for managing a team of 10+ Strategic Growth Associates across multiple regions. You’ll also play a significant role in the hiring process, building your team with a focus on speed and efficiency.

At Compass, You Will:

• Own the Strategic Growth Associate infrastructure
• Drive and implement trainings and longer-term coaching of our SGAs, helping to maximize their potential
• Create best practices to improve lead generation such as perfecting call scripts, email pitches and other forms of outreach
• Immerse yourself in our data and metrics, making key decisions based on data trends
• Develop sales processes that work at scale
• Develop and coach SGAs in their career trajectory towards future Strategic Growth Manager roles
• Be an evangelist of the Compass brand

What We’re Looking For:

• BA/BS degree with a strong academic record
• 3+ years of managing national sales teams of 10+ sales reps, distributed team management a plus
• Track record of success managing and scaling outbound sales teams
• A competitive and dashboard-­driven mindset
• Excellent written and verbal skills
