Influencer Manager
We are looking for an experienced freelance Ambassador Manager on a three-month fixed term contract to work with Hinge’s creative director and our influencer agency to increase the speed, efficiency, and creative quality of our ambassador program at Hinge.
You have a passion and deep knowledge of the influencer space, social media, and what makes an authentic ambassador campaign. You are a strong communicator, detail-oriented, and intimately familiar with the Hinge brand and what it stands for. It’s important that you can see the big picture and are comfortable giving criticism, brainstorming, and performing small production-related tasks.
Your project-based role will focus on our evergreen influencer campaign. Using Hinge’s Ambassador deck as reference, you will work with Hinge’s influencer agency and in-house ads team to approve all influencers, content, and ensure our media team has access to all assets.
Responsibilities
- Approve and critique all influencer content as it comes in via Slack -- raw video files, photos, captions, etc.
- Ensure assets follow Hinge requirements (specs, creative, etc.) and request changes
- Research and suggest influencers for Hinge to work with
- Work with Hinge’s media team to ensure all influencer assets are boosted as ads
- Brainstorm with Creative Director to improve campaigns
- Present monthly data analysis of influencer campaigns
- Be autonomous and take full ownership of your work
Requirements
- 3+ years working in the influencer or social media management space
- Expert communicator who can explain guidelines to agency and influencers and enforce guidelines
- Comfortable using Slack to communicate; availability to respond to requests at least 1x per day
- Creative mind who sees “big picture” without not sacrificing details
- Receptive to feedback and open communication
