About the role

We’re looking for an Integrated Campaign Manager to plan and execute marketing campaigns throughout the year. This is a critical, visible role within the company that will own holistic 360 degree campaign development across core business functions: user growth, retention, engagement, and reactivation.

What you'll do

  • Partner with the Growth, CRM, and Media teams to lead the planning, execution and reporting of multi-channel campaigns that drive new user growth and customer retention
  • Work with Marketing Finance to set campaign goals and budgets while reporting on results through execution
  • Develop the testing framework for each campaign to ensure that we learn every time we go to market
  • Work with the Project Management team to set campaign development and execution timelines, ensuring all key stakeholders are involved in the process and approvers are engaged at the right moments
  • Work with the Research team to develop the key insights needed to develop messaging and offers for each campaign
  • Develop Creative Briefs for the Creative team and external agencies and work with Project Management to ensure all assets are delivered on time and trafficked appropriately
  • Identify the critical learnings and insights from each campaign and socialize through the organization

Who we're looking for

  • You have 5+ years experience either:
    • in an Integrated Marketing capacity at a consumer brand (ideally tech)
    • in a Strategic Planning capacity within an advertising agency
  • You are a big sports fan
  • You are data driven, but also creative
  • You take initiative and are self-directed
  • You present and communicate well
