About the Role
We are looking for an Integrated Marketing Coordinator to join our recently-launched company. In this position, you will be part of our marketing team, supporting influencer engagement, brand partnerships and creative development and playing a key role in promoting our holistic, sleep wellness products and services to the public.
Responsibilities:
- Actively source, evaluate, pitch, and negotiate strong partnerships with social influencers, content creators and like-minded brands across relevant channels
- Promote and support our brand vision and community goals with messaging and content development across our influencer and partner community to build deep, personal relationships, working closely with our paid media and social teams to drive a holistic marketing strategy
- Actively identify and cultivate new communities of influencers as well as new channel expansion opportunities to reach our target customers and extend our reach
- Track, analyze, and monitor monthly influencer and partnership results, identifying key insights to optimize brand strategy
- Innovate across the broader Proper marketing team, suggesting new ways to innovate and enhance our approach (ex. staying on top of the latest trends, holiday, events, gifting, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years of previous experience in a marketing or similar role, ideally working in relevant channels using influencers and partnerships to drive sales
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to grasp new concepts quickly, multitask, and work in a fluid, fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working independently as well as in cross-functional team settings
- Experience in healthcare, technology, DTC and/or e-commerce helpful
- Self-starter, motivated
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or a similar field
- Remote or NYC-area candidates
