SUMMARY

Based in New York, this role will manage internal communications across a range of company-wide platforms.

You are expected to have impeccable communication, project management and ability to partner across teams and geographies. As a member of a small team, you’ll be expected to work independently and to take on new responsibilities as the need arises.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Source, draft, edit, publish and organize content for various company-wide communications as well as recruiting purposes.
• Provide strategic guidance of company wide meetings and events including: coordinate, design collateral, and support execution for internal events and communications initiatives.
• Build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders across the organization (Recruiting, Brand & Marketing, etc.)

REQUIREMENTS

• 8+ years of internal communications experience, preferably in a startup environment
• Excellent writing and communications skills - journalism or related background preferred.
• Comfortable providing guidance and feedback 
• Experience setting strategic vision as well as executing on tactical design and creative initiatives.
• Ability to work independently, exercise good judgment, adapt quickly and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work effectively across multiple functions to develop, manage and drive internal communications narratives.
• Qualified applicants must be authorized to work in the US for any employer without requiring Visa Sponsorship
