Well good news, we're on the lookout for an Internal Communications Manager who is passionate about ensuring employees of the organization are kept informed and motivated! 

What you'll be doing

• You'll be the voice. You'll be ensuring employees have the information they need to be successful at Paxful. Working closely with the People Team to ensure Paxful remains a place where all employees belong and are included, and to develop creative ways for Paxful employees to become the best ambassadors for our brand.
• You'll get your hands dirty. We have a global team of superheroes here at Paxful and you'll be working across different functions on a daily basis--sometimes outside your comfort zone. It's a challenge but we need people who have a "can do" attitude. 
• You'll be an initiator. We need a person who can proactively identify opportunities and develop new programs by applying communication best practices

What we're looking for

• 5+ years experience in Internal Communications
• Experience interfacing with executive-level “clients” (either in an internal or client services role)
• Extremely organized (gets energy from roadmapping, planning, envisioning the path)
• Equally strategic and creative, able to find opportunity where others see roadblocks
• Flexible in the face of organizational change and shifting priorities
• Able to balance speed and quality, with an acute sense for what matters most in a given moment

What would set you apart

• Experience working in a global organization
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Proven success building and implementing new internal programs
• Experience or interest in cryptocurrency, blockchain, and/or financial technology
