Lifecycle Marketing Lead
Redesign Health is a proud Equal Opportunity Employer – we recruit, train, compensate and promote our team members based on qualifications. We know how important it is not only to include, but to actively seek out a diversity of opinions and voices.
We want to hear from you regardless of your race, religion, national origin, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, veteran status, or any other applicable legally protected characteristics.
Redesign Health is a healthcare innovation platform. We bring together entrepreneurs, industry experts, and investors to elevate healthcare companies that empower people to live their healthiest lives. Our first companies include Lively, Ever/Body, Vault Health, Springtide, HealthQuarters, Calibrate, Proper, and stealth ventures in payment integrity, elder care, and complex care. We’re capitalized with permanent capital from world-class institutional investors and entrepreneurs.
As our Lifecycle Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for developing best-in-class lifecycle marketing programs for new portfolio companies we are launching, with the goal of increasing customer acquisition, engagement and retention. For later-stage companies in our portfolio, your goal will be to partner with lifecycle marketing leaders within our companies to enhance their programs through strategic consulting, developing playbooks, and facilitating knowledge sharing across our growing ecosystem of lifecycle marketing experts.
You should have a proven track record of building omni-channel (email, push, SMS) personalized communication journeys, using data to drive decisions, and optimizing lifecycle marketing programs to perform against core business metrics, enhance the customer experience and elevate brands. The ideal candidate is customer-obsessed, analytical and detail-oriented, with hands-on experience implementing programs in CRM technology and a strong desire to amplify your expertise across our operating companies.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced, self-motivated and agile lifecycle marketing leader to expand their expertise across a variety of businesses, work with incredible founding teams to define and own their lifecycle marketing strategy, and collaborate with our new venture creation, product, user research, brand and growth teams to bring the next generation of healthcare businesses from ideas to reality.
You will report to and work with the Director of Marketing at our New York City headquarters.
What you'll do:
- Develop and execute foundational lifecycle marketing programs for our new operating companies across email, push and SMS channels as part of initial go-to-market
- Become the authority on the member journey for our new businesses’ customers by partnering with our user research, brand strategy and digital product teams, as well as by conducting your own competitive research
- Create strategic customer lifecycle journey maps across transactional communications, lead drips, welcome series, and engagement campaigns, with the goal of solving for business and customer needs
- Write creative and technical briefs, and lead a cross-functional team of writers, creative designers, CRM ops engineers and operating company product leaders to implement your strategy
- Create V1 marketing email and SMS messaging calendars for seasonal and promotional campaigns
- Run A/B tests, track, measure and report on CRM channel performance. Use these insights to optimize performance across KPIs including deliverability, open rates, click rates, conversion rates, opt-out rates, and revenue, and present these learnings to Redesign studio & operating company leadership
- Playbook your learnings in formal handoff documents and strategic roadmaps for founding Heads of Marketing to continue your momentum at the end of our launch engagements
- Develop pattern recognition and formalize your learnings in re-usable templates that can be referenced and customized for future lifecycle marketing programs
- Expand the lifecycle marketing expertise across Redesign’s portfolio companies by creating best-practice playbooks and case-studies, facilitating vendor and contractor introductions, and building knowledge sharing and community between lifecycle marketing leaders at Redesign’s portfolio companies
