As Lifecycle Marketing Manager at ClassPass you will ensure the success of existing partners, drive engagement and increase retention. You will be responsible for managing the partner relationship from onboarding to retention to winback. This position will set the strategy for the partner journey through segmentation and personalization. You will also be responsible for middle of the funnel conversion of potential partners via targeted drip campaigns, content strategy and retargeting.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, implement and continually optimize multi-channel (email, push, SMS, in-app, website) communication journeys to nurture, onboard, engage and retain partners
  • Build and leverage partner segmentation to advance our automation and event triggered marketing capabilities to deliver personalized, targeted communications
  • Work with analytics team to identify data driven campaigns that drive meaningful growth to the business including onboarding, product launches, partner retention and winback
  • Own the communication roadmap, including channel strategy, content, and deliver monthly reports detailing performance against key metrics
  • Work in close partnership with stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Product, Analytics and Engineering
  • Ensure KPI’s are established and communicated across partnerships, marketing and the entire organization
  • Conduct ongoing A/B testing for optimization

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of experience in a B2B CRM or lifecycle marketing role
  • Proven track record of developing compelling, data-driven multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Proficient with CRM, marketing automation and email marketing tools
  • Highly data driven, organized and detail-oriented
  • Strong project management skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a high-volume, fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment without sacrificing attention to detail
  • Must have a strong sense of business acumen -- enjoy and thrive in project management across teams and for initiatives, working cross team and communicating internally about project descriptions and timelines.
