SevenFifty’s Email Marketing Manager will play a critical role in strategizing and executing channel marketing and demand generation efforts to help wineries, breweries, distilleries, importers, and distributors utilize the most innovative technology connecting the entire beverage alcohol supply chain.

You’ll work cross-functionally with key partners in marketing, product management, sales, and customer success to drive targeted channel marketing initiatives from inception to execution and optimization. You’ll support the full product lifecycle, heavily focusing on lead generation to support a growing sales team, as well as on post-sales engagement and customer retention. 

You’ll bring your experience defining and optimizing lifecycle journeys and will roll up your sleeves to flex your unique blend of skills—sound strategic vision, creative campaign execution, and digital marketing know-how—as you set the strategy and produce customer-centric campaigns. If you love leading the charge to proactively drive results with creative marketing solutions and have experience in lifecycle marketing and/or sales enablement, this role is for you. This person can be located anywhere in the U.S.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage our email marketing strategy via Hubspot — including creating email calendar programs, newsletters, product announcements, and nurture emails. 
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on the conceptualization and creation of landing pages, campaigns & nurture programs. You’ll have support on the content marketing, marketing ops, and on the asset production side but we are a team of generalists, and pitch in where we can!  
  • Oversee email marketing testing strategy and optimizations in order to increase funnel efficiencies and conversion rates.
  • Execute lead generation and SQL conversion strategies via email campaigns, bolstering the lead conversion funnel to support a growing sales team.
  • Strategize and execute customer engagement and retention campaigns in collaboration with the customer success team.
  • Alongside Marketing Operations, build and optimize segmentation and email content personalization strategies by leveraging user behavior/intent, activity data, industry, and demographics.
  • Project manage across analytics, product, and marketing to meet fast-paced schedules while ensuring quality.
  • Write effective on-brand copy, on an “as needed” basis, to get campaigns out the door. 

What you’ll have:

  • 3-5+ years experience in marketing automation, email marketing, lifecycle marketing, or demand gen, preferably familiar with Hubspot
  • Experience in B2B marketing with basic understanding of the sales pipeline funnel
  • A strong understanding of how to evaluate and influence the customer journey via marketing messaging and tools
  • A love for analytics and a proven track record of using data to improve marketing programs. (You should be comfortable with A/B testing and be able to analyze results using basic statistics principles.)
  • Excellent written, visual, and verbal communication skills and standards 
  • Deep knowledge of best practices for lead nurture, engagement, and retention campaigns
  • Experience identifying and evolving customer segments with targeted campaigns

Useful (but not necessary):

  • Experience developing customer personas
  • Past ownership of key messages and value props for a product line
  • Drinks industry/hospitality experience
  • Experience using data visualization tools.

  • An address in or around New York City. 
  • A car, phone, or any equipment – we’ll provide a computer and Zoom account.
