We are looking for a results-driven Manager, Retention Marketing to join our Consumer Solutions organization, focusing on One Drop’s retention KPIs and milestones.

The ideal candidate is passionate about creating long-term lifecycle marketing strategies. The person in this role will be building upon our post-purchase and rewards programs and identifying new opportunities to improve customer retention, loyalty, and LTV.

Reporting to our Director of Retention Marketing, this person will be an advocate for One Drop’s most loyal customers, effectively communicating with vendors and internal stakeholders to activate customer programs central to loyalty and rewards, referral, and ambassadorship; identifying opportune moments to deliver personalized customer experiences. This is an excellent opportunity for a strategic thinker who thrives in a high-growth, data-driven environment, and has a track record of implementing customer marketing programs.

You’ll make an impact by:

• Managing and growing One Drop’s post-purchase programs
• Refining and improving upon customer marketing vision and One Drop’s surprise and delight programs across rewards, referral, and gifting
• Identifying targeted segments across our customer base to enable more personalized experiences and offers
• Defining and implement key metrics for One Drop’s rewards program
• Managing relationships with external vendors and internal partners across all loyalty-related communications

You’ll bring:

• 4+ years in retention marketing, loyalty marketing, or similar
• Proven success in customer lifecycle management and customer retention strategies
• Ecommerce experience a must
• Understanding of the digital health industry
• Excellent project management and communication skills
