Manager, Account-Based Marketing

At Urbint, you will help us supercharge our growth through creative, strategic, and disciplined account-based marketing (ABM) that captures our prospective and current clients’ attention and motivates them to act.

We are searching for a smart, experienced marketer who can quickly understand what motivates executives at major utilities to invest in cutting-edge AI technology to increase safety and reduce emissions, and then design and implement an impactful strategy to inspire them to do so. You will be a critical link between sales and marketing as we nurture prospective customers’ relationships with Urbint and move them down the funnel. 

Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and measure a strategic ABM program in close collaboration with Sales leadership.
  • Design and implement personalized integrated marketing programs, potentially including webinars, workshops, digital advertising, field marketing, email nurture, and direct mail
  • Break down major company announcements and milestones into targeted content designed to engage Urbint’s customer base.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to execute effective campaigns.
  • Be our Sales team’s best friend: work with them to identify, prioritize, and profile key accounts, and translate sales objectives into quarterly and annual campaign plans. 
  • Own measurement and reporting on account-based marketing efforts and continually optimize to hit and exceed goals.

Requirements

  • 4+ years marketing experience running and building Account Based Marketing programs
  • B2B marketing experience, preferably in a fast-growing SaaS company
  • Effective written communication skills. Must be able to write compelling copy to support campaigns.
  • Graphic design skills a plus.
