Manager, Internal Communications and Employer Brand
As the Manager of Internal Communications and Employer Brand, you will join a fast-growing Communications Team where you will focus on creating a differentiated and exclusive employee experience at Compass. This will include leading the strategy and execution for all functional communications with a heavy focus on articulating our People strategy to drive employee engagement, retention and attraction. You will define our unique employer value proposition and develop content to bring our mission, culture, and values to life across internal and external channels. This is a fantastic role for someone who has previous experience in internal communications, employee experience and/or employer brand communications.
At Compass You Will:
- Collaborate cross-functionally to develop our employee experience communication strategy and reinvent how we communicate initiatives affecting our employee population
- Be a strategic communications partner to the People & Culture team and other functional areas as needed
- Create strategic communication plans, manage their distribution, and measure their effectiveness
- Articulate our employee value proposition and develop a strategy and framework to communicate it internally and externally through multiple channels
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years in Internal Communications, with 2+ years in HR Communications
- Ability to effectively combine disparate communications into a cohesive employee experience story with demonstrated results
- Strong interpersonal skills, someone who easily connects with people and can influence for impact
- Someone who moves fast and can work on tight deadlines at hyper-growth speed
- A flexible, solutions-driven, collaborative team player who can drive results
- Bachelor’s degree in related course study; Journalism, Communications, Marketing or Public Relations
