Botify is looking for a Senior Manager of Field Marketing who will be responsible for online and offline demand generation and field marketing programs that contribute to quarterly demand and revenue goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop North American field marketing strategy to support sales objectives, expand existing customer opportunities, and support retention initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with the EMEA field marketing team to leverage efficiencies and ensure a seamless experience for global customers and prospects.
• Plan, promote, coordinate, and execute a full-scale events program in support of pipeline generation and acceleration, and customer retention and expansion, including: third-party sponsorships and tradeshows, owned events, partner events, customer marketing events, and more.
• Develop the ABM strategy, playbooks, and programs utilizing a variety of marketing channels (events, ads, direct mail, email, phone, etc.) and targeting different account tiers and buyer personas.
• Collaborate with the Sales Development and Customer Success teams in executing playbooks and customer retention campaigns.
• Work with all marketing teams from content to digital to product marketing, ensuring seamless, customer-centric marketing execution.
• Execute global campaigns, such as webinars and flagship events.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in a field marketing programs (events, ABM) role in an innovative, fast-paced technology company
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Experience using sales and marketing technologies such as Salesforce, Hubspot, and 6sense a plus
• Able to travel when required
• Additional skills that would be desirable - On and offline design and layout experience using tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign and Illustrator
