The Role:

NS1 is looking for a Senior Manager, Growth Marketing to own lead generation and conversion optimization within a highly technical, senior management (director and above) audience. This role will report to the Senior Director of Growth and collaborate with a talented team of marketing, product marketers, engineers, and salespeople to generate new leads and drive qualified opportunities with enterprise accounts.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience using a variety of digital marketing channels (such as ABM, email, display advertising, social media, SEO, etc.) and has a proven track record of managing integrated campaigns that focus on generating qualified leads and converting pipeline.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Manage marketing campaigns and demand gen activities (webinars, content, product launches, etc..) across digital channels, with a strong focus on display, paid social, and search
  • Plan, create, implement and oversee all campaigns, including creative, copy and landing pages
  • Own process for iterative testing to optimize performance of campaigns and content
  • Proactively engage with the go-to-market and sales team to coordinate, communicate, and optimize the impact of campaigns marketing activities to support opportunity creation, pipeline and bookings goals
  • Identify and evaluate emerging platforms and channels to lead new tests and growth initiatives
  • Continuous testing and optimization of messaging, content, creative and user funnel
  • Optimize marketing automation and lead nurturing across email, content, and social
  • Helping manage marketing attribution platforms

Your Skills:

  • BA/BS or relevant work experience
  • Able to quickly learn and become fluent in new technologies 
  • Track record of driving insights and strategically sound marketing campaigns
  • Experience working with B2B, enterprise-level tech companies
  • Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, Facebook/LinkedIn/Twitter Ads, Google/Microsoft Advertising Network (Bing), Customer Acquisition, Cohort Analysis, Analytics and Reporting, Marketing Automation Tools, Google Analytics, SQL+BI/data visualization, etc.
  • Flexibility to proactively take on assignments and responsibilities 
  • Experience establishing metrics, gleaning community insights and recommending strategies that achieve marketing goals
  • SEO and on-site conversion rate optimization (CRO) experience 
  • Email marketing experience including creating, segmenting, and optimizing for engagement 

Nice to Haves:

  • Project management skills to move content efficiently from ideation to production
  • SEO and on-site conversion rate optimization (CRO) experience 
  • Ability to work cross functionally, across multiple groups and technical levels
  • Experience working directly with sales team and internal stakeholders to elicit feedback and build positive relationships
  • Strong bias for data and analytics
