About the role:
Resident is seeking a manager of influencer partnerships to help generate awareness, brand love, and sales for its growing portfolio of brands in the home goods space. Reporting to Resident’s Head of PR, Social, Influencer and Partnerships, this is a critical role that will support the company’s overall marketing efforts across Resident’s myriad social and digital platforms in the U.S. Candidates should have demonstrable experience in developing innovative influencer strategies and a proven track record for successful campaign execution with measurable results. Additional exposure to brand collaborations and integrated partnerships is preferred.
Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of progressive experience planning and executing influencer campaigns (celebrity, macro, micro, niche and nano influencers), either agency or in-house, working with consumer brands
- Thorough understanding of digital strategy, social platforms, and content creation
- Direct experience identifying, outreaching, contracting, and briefing influencer talent and brand ambassadors
- In-depth knowledge of social platforms and functionality including UTM links, ad manager, whitelisting, and Google Campaign Manager
- Keen insight into lifestyle trends, emerging technology, and the state of the industry
- Excellent understanding of data and measurement tools that evaluate influencer impact
- Strong point of view regarding measurement best practices
- Demonstrable influencer relationships in key markets across the U.S.
- Experience in sales-focused campaigns, affiliate programs, and pay-per-performance contracts
