We are seeking a Manager, Marketing Operations well versed in working cross-functionally to execute improvements in marketing systems and manage our marketing vendor partnerships across key business partners (Engineering, Marketing, Risk, Finance, Creative, and Compliance).

What you'll do: 

  • Coordinate and execute transactional marketing campaigns through a variety of different channels—email, push notifications, in-app messaging, and in-app content
  • Manage day to day our marketing vendor partnerships, and work closely with our key business partners (Engineering, Marketing, Risk, Finance, Creative, and Compliance).
  • Identify operational and structural weaknesses and help improve existing or develop new processes to keep our teams as efficient as possible
  • Prepare monthly marketing reports that analyze and summarize key deliverability, volume, and performance metrics
  • Handle day to day management of customer marketing system (CMS) including provisioning access, helping team think through and QA campaigns, basic troubleshooting, and training new users
  • Help advise and shape marketing best practices including advising on segmentation and exclusion strategies, researching and deploying tools and optimizations, and managing and contributing to our SOP
  • Research and onboard new marketing tools and vendors

What we're looking for:

  • 4+ years experience in marketing or CRM operations; working cross-functionally to execute improvements in marketing systems
  • Experience with Eloqua, Marketo, Pardot, or Braze, MoEngage, or similar marketing system (Braze preferred)
  • Understanding of channels outside of email, such as in-app, push,  paid advertising, or content/SEO 
  • Proficient in HTML, CSS, SQL
  • Experience managing vendor or agency budgets and relationships 
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Ability to understand and plan against cross-dependencies to drive projects forward
  • Experience with Looker and comfortable working with existing dashboards as well as developing new ones
  • Team player and the ability to build and grow cross-functional relationships with data, UXR, Engineering, product, and more
  • Ability to distill and simplify complex information and effectively communicate with others
  • Problem solver who is able to respond to problems efficiently and able to distill and simplify complex information and effectively communicate with others
