About the Role

We’re looking for an analytical and experienced Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of highly engaging, innovative marketing programs that fuel growth for our Drive partners. DoorDash Drive is a white-label delivery solution for brands that offers a wide network of drivers to support deliveries from orders placed on their website. (Think: burritos ordered from the Chipotle app with deliveries fulfilled by DoorDash Drive). 

In this role, you’ll partner with our most-valued clients to create and execute integrated marketing campaigns and programs that acquire customers and sustainably grow our client’s delivery channels. This is an ideal role for a candidate who is looking to build a career in marketing consultation, and loves to blend analytic rigor with creative strategy to build high-impact programs and playbooks. The DoorDash Drive Marketing Team is lean and fast-moving, meaning you’ll have immediate opportunity to take ownership and drive major impact on a rapidly-growing space within an exciting brand. 

What you'll do:

  • Own and nurture marketing relationships with Drive partners. Develop annual marketing strategies and plans with key partners and establish “buy-in” from internal and external stakeholders 
  • Execute integrated marketing campaigns from strategy and concept, through production, implementation, delivery and reporting
  • Manage day-to-day operations of partner marketing efforts, including promotions, emails, creative concept review and approval, and status meetings
  • Create regular internal and partner-facing reports to track campaign and promotion performance
  • Use a data-first approach to optimize campaigns against our goals, improve profitability, drive results, and identify new opportunities for growth

About You:

  • You are an amazing marketer - you can create strategies and plans based on consumer insights; analyze results, and create innovative, newsworthy campaigns 
  • You are highly organized - you can efficiently manage 10+ campaigns and promotions at the same time
  • You have the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional team members within the company
  • You are comfortable with creativity, and analytics - you can brainstorm campaign ideas, and do the analytical work to prove their efficacy 
  • You have a strong creative mind and attention detail 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher; MBA a plus
  • 5+ years as a Marketer with spanning both brand and direct response
  • Experience in marketing at a consumer brand, advertising agency or tech company
  • Strong analytical skills: ability to manipulate data in Excel and use metrics to drive results.
  • SQL a plus
  • Demonstrable success establishing and achieving business goals
  • Thrive in a self-starter, fast-paced and changing environment
  • Creative sense and good design taste
  • Strong writing and communication skills

Our office is in the Flatiron District near many restaurants, shops, and public transportation. Walking distant to Madison Square Park.
