In this role, you will lead a global team of SEO Strategists who are responsible for delivering organic search recommendations to our largest client. You will be responsible for partnering closely with a Head of Organic Marketing to drive organic search performance and with a Content Director to ensure that SEO and content are operating as complementary channels. You will be asked to build, develop, and lead a team, driving innovation, creative thinking, and search best practices forward.

 A day in the life…

• Work closely with the lead of organic marketing at our client to understand and devise strategies to support their global SEO initiatives
• Directly manage a global team of SEO Strategists, prioritizing, reviewing, and elevating team deliverables that are then shared with global and regional marketing leads
• Own monthly and quarterly reporting to summarize organic search performance
• Drive team innovation forward by creating custom reporting and visualizations
• Work with non-traditional teams at our client to devise and test innovative uses of search data to inform business results
• Own monthly usage, implementation, and progress reports to be shared with internal and external teams

 We’re excited about you if you have…

• 8-12 years SEO experience, either at an agency or in-house
• Experience managing a team of SEO professionals
• Exceptional analytics and problem-solving skills, with experience leading the creation of data-informed strategies to drive business results and efficiencies
• Past-proven experience at successfully managing and implementing SEO initiatives for enterprise websites
• Demonstrated ability to plan quarterly and monthly initiatives for team, with a history of delivering results on schedule
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, DeepCrawl, Screaming Frog, Heap, and other technologies that inform organic search strategies
