The Impact You Will Make

We are looking for a Social Media and Influencer Senior Marketing Manager to join our team. As a veteran in social media and influencer marketing, this role will work alongside the Director of Content and Social Media to create and manage social media, influencer and digital programs around our biggest initiatives. Equal parts strategist, idea person, and analyst, the Social Media and Influencer Marketing Manager will join a high performing team to share and engage with our diners on digital platforms.

 

The successful candidate will be an experienced and current user in social media tactics and strategies for brands. They will have a deep knowledge and understanding of how individuals use social media, how they communicate, and understand how to reach those individuals. They will have experience identifying and building strong relationships with influencers that can grow brand reach through content creation, brand and product amplification and education. They will have experience managing digital programs with external partners and talent.  They will leverage their excellent judgment, creativity, and strong ability to prioritize daily with this role.

 

What You'll Do:

 

  • Ideate and build creative, impactful social media and influencer campaigns to support our biggest initiatives.
  • Manage paid and organic social media and Influencer creative campaigns from initial concept through development to launch, and reporting on the results.
  • Work with internal teams, agencies and talent to create digital and social creatives such as videos and animations to support your big ideas.
  • Grow influencer marketing programs and manage executions from ideation to execution
  • Manage our digital first experiential programs including our music IP Sound Bites.
  • Leverage metrics to inform creative direction and decisions.
  • Collaborate and maintain close relationships with cross-functional teams to maximize reach of efforts and ensure alignment across channels, legal and leadership. 
  • Keep a pulse on current social media and cultural trends to identify new opportunities for our social program.

 

What You Bring to the Table

  • 8-10 years of professional non-internship marketing experience
  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
  • Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
  • Experience with both paid and organic social media and how they can be leveraged together.
  • Experience managing influencer marketing programs with relationships across food, entertainment, sports, music, culture, lifestyle.
  • Ability to think big and propose innovative strategies to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Deep understanding of how social content functions and how to optimize this content to generate the best results.
  • Experience running successful social media campaigns on both small and large scales.
  • Experience owning creative input, development, and execution from concept to completion.
  • Experiencing managing at least 1 direct report. 
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, collaboration, problem-solving and project management skills.
  • Curious and creative.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment while maintaining high-quality and attention to detail.
