As a NS1 Manager of Web and Marketing Operations, you will be responsible for owning and optimizing end-to-end marketing processes for 1:1, 1:Many, and ABM marketing initiatives.

You’ll have the ability to immediately impact decision-making in a high-growth company. We’re looking for someone who asks the right questions, challenges the status quo, and makes us a better, smarter company. We have offices in NYC, SF, Manchester, NH, and London, but you can be located remotely.

This role is a part of our Growth team, which is led by an award winning, nationally-recognized speaker regarding Growth marketing strategy, execution, and measurement, and who also mentors aspiring growth marketers.

You will:

  • Own all marketing operations processes for 1:1 and 1:many programs, including account scoring, lifecycle management, database management, account segmentation, and integration mapping
  • Be the subject matter expert for marketing technologies, tool selection, usage, troubleshooting, configuration, and enablement
  • Create and manage marketing automation between Hubspot, Salesforce, and other key marketing tools
  • Own the development of repeatable and integrated processes and workflows that enable the marketing team to drive measurable programs that scale
  • Work across marketing teams to develop multi-touch email marketing campaigns that drive engagement and measurable impact on pipeline
  • Identify opportunities, recommend solutions, and implement marketing technology that enhances the user experience and improves reporting systems


Ideally, you’ll bring:

  • Hands-on experience in Salesforce, Hubspot or Marketo, and ABM related tools
  • Strong interpersonal and project management skills to lead multiple partners through projects with ambitious deadlines
  • Must have a valid U.S. work authorization to apply
