Job Description

Hyperscience is looking for a Marketing Automation Manager/Sr. Manager with strong knowledge and experience of Marketo to own, implement, monitor and scale automated programs and campaigns, from website forms flows, international demand generation campaigns, customer and partner communications, and large scale product launches. The right candidate knows the importance of attention to detail and has great project management and communication skills. S/he will also be responsible for managing integration with third party marketing technologies (i.e., Salesforce, Drift Email, Drift Chatbot, ZoomInfo, Bizible, GoToWebinar, etc.) as business demands arise. One of the key responsibilities will be to track the flow of marketing data through all our systems to make sure things are working as designed. 

The Manager/Sr. Manager, Marketing Automation will play a key, hands-on technical and tactical role within the greater Go-to-Market Operations team and be a trusted resource for everything marketing automation. You will collaborate with Digital, Content and Demand Marketing on their campaigns, and the Sales ops and CX ops teams on cross functional projects. 

This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director of Digital Marketing and Operations.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for our Marketo automation engine, as well as all system integrations with Marketo such as Salesforce, Drift, ZoomInfo, etc.
  • Project manage, set up, execute and monitor web forms, programs, and campaigns in Marketo
  • Implement, measure, report on and optimize the performance and effectiveness of marketing programs and campaigns
  • Continuously strive for improvement, such as conducting A/B tests and experiments that lead to better performance
  • Ensure marketing campaign information is accurate
  • Ensure result visibility with the extended Go-To-Market team
  • Ensuring compliance (including GDPR, CASL, CCPA), legal and security requirements
  • Building and optimizing lead scoring, lead life cycle, acquisition and engagement processes, ABM initiatives
  • Data management & data hygiene: Optimizing the data practices to enable segmentation, targeting, and personalization
  • Drive marketing automation best practices within Hyperscience’s marketing team, including mobile and Web optimization

Qualifications

  • Marketo Certification a MUST
  • Expertise in Marketo and 3-5 years minimum of experience delivering online webinars, campaigns and email nurture programs for B2B/Tech companies.
  • Project Management of complex marketing programs
  • Experience with operational configuration and technical integrations in Marketo
  • Management of A / B Testing (multivariate analysis and progressive profiling)
  • Detailed understanding of digital marketing as it relates to automation
  • Enablement and process documentation
  • Strong experience with salesforce.com CRM, specifically with reporting and campaigns
  • Technical integration management
  • Highly skilled in cross-functional collaboration
