Manager/Senior Manager, Product Marketing, RWE

What You'll Do
In this role, you'll work with the Product Marketing team to develop Marketing strategy and execution for the Real World Evidence (RWE) business line, focusing on value proposition development and enabling the client facing Life Sciences Partnerships (LSP) team. Reporting to the Product Marketing Team Lead, you'll partner closely with the Life Sciences Partnerships team, Product Management, Research Clinician and Quantitative Science teams to drive the creation and optimization of content that resonates with our audiences. In addition, you'll also:
- Develop compelling product messaging and storyline that differentiates Flatiron RWE from competitor offerings
- Drive value proposition development for RWE products / product rollouts
- Manage competitive intelligence for RWE and contribute to commercial and product roadmap discussions based on competitor movements
- Drive research for market/customer insights to capture the voice the customers that contribute to the evolving understanding of the RWE market
- Create sales collateral and case studies that enable the LSP team’s engagement with clients and help deepen engagement at strategic accounts
- Contribute to thought leadership content development efforts to support content marketing programs targeting specific audiences
You’ll also work closely with the Product Marketing team and a cross-functional team to explore the feasibility of new ideas on how to enhance existing RWE offerings
Who You Are
You're an excellent storyteller with 6+ years of significant experience with pharma, biotech, Life Sciences consulting or healthcare / health tech, ideally with focus in Oncology. You're excited by the prospect of rolling up your sleeves to tackle meaningful problems each and every day. You’re a kind, passionate and collaborative problem-solver who seeks and gives candid feedback and values the chance to make an important impact on the lives of cancer patients.
- You are an exceptional storyteller and communicator, with the ability to turn complex data science / statistics, technology and clinical concepts into clear communications
- You have previous experience in life sciences
- You have experience developing and/or marketing scientific content, ideally in the B2B SaaS space
- You have a familiarity with the drug development lifecycle and/or clinical development, especially within Oncology
- You have demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills
- You have strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, ability to drive cross-functional initiatives
- You are comfortable with ambiguity, demonstrate initiative and can jump in to problem-solve as required

Extra Credit
- You have a background in statistics/biostatistics, health economics, outcomes research
- You have an advanced degrees (MBA, MS, MPH or PhD in a relevant area of study)
- You have familiarity with real world evidence and data products
