Your team:

As part of the Expansion Team, you will be one of Ribbon’s first representatives in a new market.  By working closely alongside key players from cross-functional teams, you will marry the work of the Business Development Team, Marketing and Sales Teams, to help Ribbon win new markets across the United States.  As Ribbon’s internal source for all things new market related, you will deeply understand your designated launch markets and its nuances, geographical location, and top performing lenders, brokerages and real estate agents.

How you'll help make homeownership achievable:

  • Build a launch plan across cross-functional teams in order to successfully launch a new market with immediate deal volume
  • Create referenceable playbooks that contain necessary steps to repeat and scale the role
  • Collaborate and strategize with cross-functional team members ahead of launching a new market
  • Act as the expansion market team liaison to lead cross-functional team members
    • Business Development, Marketing, Sales, Transactions, Valuations
  • Successfully launch Ribbon’s product in new markets with existing partners
  • Promote Ribbon within the real estate ecosystem: lenders, brokerages, agents and builders to influence brand recognition
  • Establish a feedback loop to regularly provide program and product insights specific to the launch market
  • Be the internal point of contact for all new launch markets as it relates to cross-functional teams
  • Gain knowledge of market competitors and industry standards

  • Experience in a fast-paced startup environment with the ability to adapt and change quickly to scale Ribbon’s mission across multiple markets
