Marketing Associate, Landing Pages
Disney Streaming is seeking a Marketing Associate to help expand and optimize marketing landing page experiences for Disney+ and Star+ in Latin America. Daily activities include:
- The review of work requests created and assignment in JIRA
- Utilize established processes to obtain applicable approvals at all levels of development
- Make updates in the CMS, ensuring requests are completed in a timely manner
- Work in priority order as determined by Agile methodology
- Communicate status and roadblocks in daily scrum, interacting with business partners, application vendors, and all internal departments
- The ability to communicate effectively with resources of all levels, from entry level interns to senior leadership
Responsibilities :
- Create and update marketing landing pages for Star+ and Disney+
- Coordinate with regional and local teams to ensure that their requirements are met and content is optimized for local markets
- Coordinate with the Product Marketing and Marketing Design teams to ensure that assets for marketing landing pages are delivered on schedule and to specification
- Contribute ideas to the landing page and sign up funnel experimentation roadmap
- Work with the Marketing Experimentation team to set up, QA, launch, and stop A/B tests
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with peers on the Paid Media, Product Marketing, Marketing & Experimentation Analytics, Brand Marketing, Localization, Product Development, Program Management, and Creative teams
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Drive the execution of Marketing requests across the Marketing, Local and Legal•
- Partner with and motivate a diverse team of people
- Flexible schedule with the ability to ensure accountability for the operation of websites that are functional 24/7; this includes serving as on-call on a scheduled basis, and could include at times responding to emergent situations when not the scheduled on-call
- Clearly organize and forecast deliverables and dependencies
- Ensure proactive scheduling of all aspects of requests and on time deliverables within estimated duration and resources
- Manage the full life cycle of operational requests from requirements through launch
- Juggle day-to-day tasks and have in-depth involvement to allow for early identification of potential challenges
- Monitor request scope and execute change control when additional requests for features or functionality are made
- Escalate situations that may require leadership intervention and be able to communicate risks and thoughtful recommendations
- Provide weekly status reports and regular updates to leadership
- Proactively identify any risk or conflicts based upon creative, technology or business factors
- Proactively look for solutions to implement requests in a more efficient manner

Basic Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree or significant work experience
- Minimum 2 years experience working with content management systems and building websites, including daily updating of copy and images for sites, building out new pages, and troubleshooting
- Experience with planning and executing A/B tests in Optimizely or other enterprise experimentation platforms
- Experience within Growth Marketing & Experimentation
- Experience with digital marketing campaigns
- Experience in Agile, Kanban, and continuous integration processes
- Experience with CSS and Javascript
- Experience working directly with clients, business partners, and guests/customers
- High emphasis on user experience with a drive to create and maintain a premium online experiences
- Able to partner with multiple stakeholders to manage their expectations, gain their acceptance and trust and achieve high client satisfaction ratings
- Able to deliver under extreme deadlines and intense business environment
- Able to understand and clearly communicate technical information to non-technical people
- Basic understanding of the software development process, particularly as it relates to web-based applications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Great organizational skills
- Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced work environment
- Proficient in agile methodologies and working knowledge of Jira/Confluence
- Attention to detail, with an ability to identify risks and issues and quickly recommend and implement solutions
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, with a drive to exceed expectations
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting globally distributed stakeholders
- Experience working on a subscription-based business
- Experience with marketing SVOD services and content
- Fluent in Spanish
Required Education :
- BA/BS degree or equivalent business and operational experience
