Job Description

Noodle Pros is seeking a full-time Marketing Associate with creative ideas, strong analytical skills, and an exceptional ability to implement and manage marketing campaigns. This position is ideal for a self-starting junior marketer with varied interests, a passion for working on small teams with big dreams, and a desire to make a substantial contribution to a young education technology company.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Managing the execution of marketing campaigns and projects across online and offline channels
  • Developing new marketing channels in accordance with targeted areas of client growth
  • Developing written, digital, and email content for marketing campaigns
  • Producing marketing collateral with designers, product managers, and freelancers
  • Managing email marketing channel and growing email marketing database
  • Tracking, analyzing, and providing actionable insights on marketing campaigns
  • Managing marketing events, webinars, and exhibitions
  • Managing our blog, Forbes channel, and social media
  • Assisting with operational and other team-related duties as needed

Qualifications and Skills

  • 1-3 years of marketing, growth, or creative experience in a professional setting
  • Ability to handle ambiguous problems and an eagerness to work in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Be resourceful, creative and results-oriented
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize, organize, and deliver results
  • Ability to ask good questions and seek help when needed
  • Comfortable giving and receiving feedback
  • Willing to work after-hours occasionally for marketing events
  • Experience with email marketing, events, webinars, podcasts, and Salesforce a plus
  • Experience working with schools and students a plus
  • Experience with Photoshop, HTML, Illustrator, or film editing software a plus
  • Experience with international education markets a plus
