Position Summary
Arcesium seeks an exceptional Marketing Associate to join our Marketing team. The Marketing Associate will work directly with our sales, marketing, recruiting, and executive team to develop and manage dedicated marketing projects. This role will allow for exposure to a variety of marketing disciplines and channels and will provide countless learning opportunities.
Responsibilities- Manage marketing project requests directly from internal stakeholders and ensure proper planning, delegation, and execution- Assist team members with implementing and executing dedicated marketing programs- Identify opportunities for thought leadership and campaign ideas to increase brand awareness- Provide support to team members as needed, including but not limited to email copywriting and development, creating and scheduling social media posts, and managing social media accounts.- Assist with developing engaging social media content and creatives- Assist with the planning and execution of events; provide on-site event/conference support, as needed- Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors; manage vendor relationships- Perform market research and competitive intelligence for supporting business development teams- Maintain marketing lists, inclusive of media lists and post-event additions- Support the maintenance of the firm's Content Management System, WordPress- Process invoices, manage and update marketing budget- Other related ad-hoc duties as needed
Qualifications- The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of marketing experience, knowledge of marketing, digital marketing, media and preferred understanding of technology industry- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and Adobe Suite. Other marketing software and online application experience a plus (CRM, research platforms, CMS, etc.)- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a demanding environment, superb communication, and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to work in a team environment are required- Strong multitasking, project prioritization, and deadline-orientation abilities required- Excellent problem-solving, organizational skills, and attention to detail are required
The expected annual base salary for this position is $75,000-$100,000. Our compensation package includes variable compensation in the form of a year-end bonus [guaranteed in the first year of hire], benefits including medical and prescription drug coverage, and 401k contribution matching.
The applicable annual base salary paid to a successful applicant will be determined based on multiple factors including without limitation the nature and extent of prior experience and educational background.
