Marketing Associate
AdHawk is looking for a Marketing Associate to assist with the planning and execution of marketing initiatives. You will support the marketing department by carrying out daily tasks to keep the department functioning, and facilitate the duties of the Marketing Director and account executives. This position provides a tremendous opportunity for personal growth within the company and as a marketer. With projects ranging from strategic email marketing drips, to sales funnel optimization, to advanced ROI reporting, this role is perfect for someone ready to get their hands dirty and looking to grow a wide range of marketing skills. We're looking for a data oriented individual with experience in spreadsheet analysis, marketing automation, and email marketing. HTML/CSS knowledge, Hubspot experience, and familiarity with b2b funnels is a bonus.
Responsiblities
- Analyze and attribute marketing campaigns across channels using Google Analytics, Hubspot Marketing Tools, and Google Data Studio
- Analyze existing email marketing data to find opportunities for improvement
- Work with content team to inform new content opportunities with existing performance data
- Monitor our rapid organic traffic growth through Search Console and manage search engine optimization projects
- Leverage analytic tools to report and inform future marketing efforts
- Run structured A/B tests across marketing disciplines like email, landing pages, etc.
- Work with sales and sales operations teams to optimize lead funnels
Requirements
- Track record for data-driven decisions
- Analyzing lead funnels and conversion rates
- Experience leveraging marketing automation tools such as workflows and email triggers
- Experience applying growth hacking philosophy & inbound marketing strategies
- Working in B2B, Saas, or Marketing Technology industries
