THE ROLE

We are looking for an organized and driven self-starter with an interest in marketing strategies and tactics and a passion for getting things done. Within the marketing team, you’ll support both the acquisition and CRM teams, facilitating ad and email campaigns from concept to deployment to reporting and analysis. Across the company, you’ll work with merchandising, website and creative teams to make sure all assets are delivered on time and on spec. We’re a team of 4 and growing (4 total new open positions), you’ll be working with everyone and reporting directly to the Director of Growth Marketing.

 So, what’s that really mean? Here are some key areas of focus:

  • Turn campaign concepts into reality by organizing assets, building, segmenting and deploying campaigns
  • Work closely between the Performance Marketing team and Brand Marketing & Creative teams to ensure all feedback is delivered effectively, and final assets are the product of effective collaboration
  • Manage our customer email list; prepare segments for targeted campaigns, monitor overall list hygiene and performance
  • Use marketing metrics to evaluate campaign performance and draw meaningful learnings to optimize future initiatives. It’ll be especially helpful if you’re naturally curious about user behavior and can get answers from the data to questions the team hasn’t yet thought of.
  • Deliver ads for digital and offline channels in collaboration with our customer acquisition team
  • Stay up to date with emerging marketing technology and concepts

 Qualifications

  • Candidates should have at least 2 years’ experience in a marketing or project manager role, a proven track record of coordinating between multiple teams, and an interest in marketing.
  • Familiarity with general marketing concepts; this is fast paced and we need people who can keep up and drive projects through to completion
  • Knowledge of HTML email coding. Experience with ESPs (Klaviyo) a plus.
  • Interest in driving results; you’re not just handling assets and getting things done. You’re facilitating projects that speak directly to customers and will have a direct impact on bottom line revenue.
  • A self-starter with a sense of humor, relaxed demeanor, and an innate ability to get things done
