About the Role
The Marketing Associate will balance working as an individual contributor while participating as a key team member in a collaborative work environment. Your creativity and technical expertise will improve overall tango design, communication, internal reporting, social media presence, and so much more.  

You are passionate about your role as a marketer and communicator, and consider yourself a designer at heart, with a strong sense of aesthetic using various graphic design tools. You know how to execute impeccable work in a timely fashion and are considered an expert in delivering on the organization's brand messaging across all modalities and communication channels, especially in the eMarketing domain. 

Responsibilities  

• Support Direct Marketing content for the website and web content strategy
• Develop innovative eMarketing strategies to grow revenue and increase website traffic
• SEO/SEM, email & social networking campaigns
• Develop and communicate marketing plans, campaign results and project recommendations to senior management team
• Create reports on marketing and sales metrics, like MQLs, SQL, and conversion rates
• Ensure creative marketing materials undergo regular review and adhere to brand guidelines
• Assist with organizing promotional events such as Annual Conferences and Sales Kick Off Meetings

Requirements  

• Bachelor's Degree 
• Knowledge of marketing digital tools and techniques, such as HubSpot and/or Pardot
• Experience with SEO/SEM campaigns
• Experience working with video and visual content
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and a goal-oriented attitude
• Understanding of website design and content development
• A motivated, self-starter, able to work with minimal supervision while maintaining focus and productivity 
• Ability to multitask in an ambiguous and fast paced environment
• Able to work effectively across functional groups or geographic offices to meet aggressive schedules

Nice to Have 

• Technically savvy with an understanding of Google Suite, SalesForce, ZoomInfo, Slack, Click Up, Trip Actions, WorkDay, Google Adwords and more
• 2-3 years of previous marketing experience in a start-up environment
