We are looking for a Marketing Campaign Manager to join the Worksome marketing team. Based in the seaport district in New York City, this role will be responsible for translating campaign concepts into digital customer journeys. Campaigns may include webinars, content syndication, sponsored events, or other types. This is a newly created position, so there will be a unique opportunity to build out a program in a key strategic market with global roll out.
As the Marketing Campaign Manager, you will collaborate with the Demand Generation Manager to develop a strategy for producing industry campaigns. You will help identify key opportunities, organize people and projects, facilitate status meetings, and proactively drive content and communication.
You'll join our growing US team in NYC including the Global VP of Marketing, VP of Sales and VP of Operations, and work closely with our global teams across the HQ office in Copenhagen and our London office. You'll be an early, core-member of the marketing team and in it for the long-run, ready to grow the program and play a key role in bringing Worksome into a world-leading position in the future of workspace.
About the job

  • Oversee campaign scope development, asset delivery, resourcing, while serving as the main liaison between the team and partners
  • Maintain campaign calendar and timeline
  • Research new opportunities for media placement and partnership opportunities
  • Work closely with brand, creative, and content to execute on campaigns
  • Generate ideas for copy, promotional graphics, and video
  • Host status meetings and engage regularly with key stakeholders internally and externally
  • You'll have lots of freedom and flexibility to shape your role and develop your skills on the fly
  • You'll cater to two segments: 1) potential new clients (companies) and 2) freelancers and consultants.


About you

  • 1-3 years of experience in developing, managing, and facilitating Marketing campaigns with a focus on buyer engagement for a B2B tech product or service
  • Experience in utilizing webinar tools like GoToWebinar, Zoom, or ON24
  • Involvement in facilitating or hosting virtual webinars, events, or roundtable discussions is a plus
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Work tech company experience is a plus
  • You take ownership of projects and don't need someone to tell you what to do
  • You're curious by nature and have a willingness to learn and collaborate
