Guests bound through a large, multi-sensory, 14-room wine tasting experience as they swing from gold chandeliers, jump in a Champagne ball pit, and custom blend their own glasses of wine. Along the way, guests learn about where the wine came from, who made it, and how it came to be (while sipping it, of course!). Rose Mansion is an immersive wine tasting that is equal parts science museum, tasting room, and amusement park.

About Job

Reports to: Marketing Director

Location: NYC HQ Offices in Midtown

The Marketing Content Manager is the voice of Rose Mansion. You’re a wizard of all things creative marketing. You have an eye for style, you constantly generate fresh ideas, and you’re comfortable working across multiple mediums. On an average day, you might write some emails and ad copy, plan a photoshoot, update Instagram, and work with a graphic designer on some sketches. The next day is all about training manuals and writing copy for our physical spaces (and more emails).

You take your work seriously, but you have a great sense of humor and can easily assimilate into a team. Oh, and you have your own side projects going because you just can’t stop creating. In your digital databases all of your photos and digital media are immaculately organized, because that’s how you live your life.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a writer, editor, and/or content marketer, including creating B2C content for a brand (preferably in lifestyle marketing copy and content writing making a complex topic digestible).

  • Minimum of 6-8 years in-house or agency experience in social media marketing for lifestyle B2C brands (preferably in the fashion or food & beverage space).

  • At least 3+ years experience owning the entire social media strategy.

  • Deep knowledge of social media platforms and how to effectively target the Rose Mansion audience through those and emerging channels.

  • Experience creating content for top trending formats like Instagram Stories and Facebook Live. Experience working with social media influencers

  • Understanding of SEO best practices.

  • Experience using social media publishing and tracking tools (Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc).

  • Proficiency with the Adobe Creative suite, mastery of at least one product within the suite

  • Experience directing a design team to produce engaging graphics, GIFs, animations, and videos is a plus.

  • Strong organizational and project management capabilities, as well as the ability to prioritize projects and workload as they relate to company and departmental goals.

  • Data-driven mindset with a history of measuring the performance of editorial content

  • Know how to operate a DSLR camera
