We're looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join EquityZen’s growing team as we redefine private markets. This is a newly created role where you will not only be  provided with guidance, but you’ll also be able to dive into supporting the team with crucial projects. 

Our platform enables large, private companies to deliver liquidity to their shareholders while providing investors access to invest in these proven, pre-IPO companies. EquityZen has served over 200 pre-IPO technology companies and is proud to be considered a liquidity provider for 1 out of 2 of the largest unicorns. A testament to EquityZen's secure, paperless, and industry-defining online investment platform, we have successfully completed 14,000+ private placement transactions. WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Reporting - updating Excel workbooks and compiling reports and requests via analytics systems
• Assisting with copywriting 
• Assisting Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaign under the supervision of a Performance Marketing Manager
• Keeping press page up to date and owning the PR checklist 
• Managing social media posts 
• Coordinating Compliance approvals of Marketing assets
• Maintain a directory and inventory of Marketing materials, ensuring all resources are current and accurate, and coordinate the creation of new materials as needed
• Grow your knowledge base by attending trainings, taking online courses, and learning from others

THE RIGHT STUFF

• 1+ years of marketing or marketing internship experience
• Ability to balance being analytical and creative
• Demonstrated experience using data to drive strategic thinking and insights
• Track record of using writing skills to attract customers
• Ability to manage many competing tasks and deadlines under pressure
• Exceptional communicator (verbal, written, and listening)
• Be curious and eager to learn
• Working knowledge of Excel
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, enthusiastic, resourceful, and diligent
• Humble team player who enjoys and is successful in a collaborative environment
