The Role
We are looking for a marketing coordinator with outstanding organizational and research skills, as well as excellent communication and time management skills, to help us scale our marketing efforts for our fast-growing company. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable and have some prior experience with a wide range of marketing functions, including communications, advertising, branding, and digital marketing. Top candidates will exhibit critical thinking skills, meticulous attention to detail, and strong problem-solving skills.
This position will report to the Director of Marketing.
Responsibilities
- Assist with creation and execution of marketing campaigns
- Evaluate and monitor campaign performance on an ongoing basis by analyzing key metrics and creating comprehensive reports
- Plan and manage meetings, events, conferences, and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules and assignments, and coordinating mailing lists
- Conduct market research to identify marketing opportunities
- Implement marketing plans that include print, broadcast and online content
- Assist with writing, proofreading, and editing marketing materials
- Manage print contractors and other promotional vendors, and maintain promotional item inventory
- Maintain the marketing intranet site
Skills & Qualifications
- Degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing
- Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
- Be an organized multitasker able to handle many diverse projects at once and meet tight deadlines
- Have meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Natural sense of curiosity to learn our industry, company, and product
