What you’ll do

Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, the Marketing Coordinator will provide marketing support to the local sales teams, helping ensure a consistent message is told across markets based on brand marketing standards and local needs.This individual will be responsible for:

  • Local event coordination and support (planning input, logistics, negotiating with local vendors, event attendance, etc.)
  • Tracking and reporting on local event KPIs
  • Coordinating efforts of local PR teams in alignment with corporate efforts
  • Assisting with execution of local marketing and communication programs
  • Management of local social media efforts, in coordination with corporate efforts
  • Provide local input to content programming
  • Ordering and distribution of sales promotional items and client gifts on an as-needed basis
  • Sales support, including localizing sales materials, collateral and client talking points

Who you are

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university
  • 1+ years of experience in marketing preferably at an agency or media company
  • Strong organizational skills – ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to develop strong relationships with management and teams
  • Excellent writing skills including presentation development
  • Understanding of the creative development process
  • Strong interpersonal skills - with internal and external clients
  • Knowledge of media marketing, the sales process and media in general
  • Thorough knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc and presentation proficiency
  • Experience with the creative development process with key stakeholders
