As the Marketing Coordinator at Cadre, you will be responsible for supporting the company’s marketing vision and strategy, with a focus on brand development, brand awareness, storytelling through data, and communications. You and your team will be central to the company’s goal of growing the number of qualified, engaged investors on our platform and increasing awareness of the Cadre brand.


WHAT YOU’LL DO 


  • Partner with leaders across marketing to enhance existing programs and/or create custom initiatives, solutions and materials. 
    • Support creation of brand collateral, including but not limited to: marketing materials, brand communications, digital, email and/or social campaigns.
    • Support creation of brand guidelines and new templates/materials in alignment with guidelines.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support brand and company messages and objectives, helping to develop compelling and ROI-driven marketing campaigns.
    • Communicate with all levels of management, on status of all projects, changes in strategy, standards, initiatives, priorities and resources needed.
    • Act as a liaison between internal teams, such as content writers and legal, and external agents. Coordinate/monitor agent marketing support services with vendors.
    • Share feedback and needs from internal and external partners with the marketing team.
  • Support lead generation and business development campaigns.
  • Support the launch of new products, new solutions, and extending existing services and solutions into new markets, new channels and new customer segments.
  • Maintain familiarity with current market trends, compliance objectives and competitive environment, and suggest improvements and new ideas in response to them.
  • Assemble market data as appropriate to create custom market statistics for use in presentations and internal communications.
  • Manage social media channels.
  • Maintain marketing information systems and channels.


WHAT YOU HAVE 

  • Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, journalism, communications or related field.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead with speed, scrappiness, and with a sense of urgency. Ability to prioritize multiple demands simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated, self-starter, meticulous attention to detail.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to adapt to changes in schedules and business priorities.
  • Comfort with using data to make decisions about marketing prioritization.
