Working alongside our Sr. Manager, Marketing - Copywriter, the Marketing Copywriter will be charged with helping to shape the narrative of Paxful and be the voice for people around the world whose stories deserve to be heard. They will step into a fast-paced, quickly growing industry and learn how crypto is changing finance for the global economy while reshaping Paxful's brand and spreading the message that we build for the 100% not the 1% with amazing storytelling and inspiring writing. Paxful’s team embraces customer focus, tenacious problem-solving, collaboration, and the Marketing Copywriter will contribute to this culture while pushing us to innovate and do our best work.
What You’ll Do
- Drive marketing campaigns by writing blog posts, emails, social copy, and more
- Develop and ideate creative content that will build the Paxful brand
- Work closely with the CRM team to improve upon existing email campaigns and create new ones
- Strengthen Paxful's brand voice by creating consistency across all company communications
- Help the Senior Copywriter with managing the Copy Team, proofreading, editing, and managing tasks

- You love writing and telling stories, you take a dull narrative and turn it into something exciting that people will want to read, you live and breathe grammar
- You welcome challenges and enjoy building things from scratch, you welcome criticism and take it well, you're passionate about what you do and love being proud of your work, you're eager to learn and pay excellent attention to detail
- You work hard and play hard, you consider yourself to be witty, you love to laugh, food is life
What We’re Looking For
- At least 5 years of experience as a writer or edit in fin-tech or a similar industry
- A good communicator with strong writing skills and excellent grammar
- Knowledge or experience working with SaaS, digital products, and UI/UX terminology
- Someone who can wear many hats and is comfortable with a fast-paced work atmosphere
- Someone witty who enjoys morning bantz
