Following the success of the first Rosé Mansion Pop-Up in 2018, Tyler Balliet and Morgan First opened a permanent location in the heart of New York that is open year round, and will now be featuring experiential shows in the 11,000 square foot space attached to the ever popular mansion. What does this mean for our team? We are weeks away from blasting off into an expansion heavy spring as we bring in award winning artists, branded experiences, and prepare to open our second location.
On the daily, our tiny team kicks ass and works diligently to maintain the level of excellence that our customers expect from Rosé Mansion. Simultaneously, every team member pilots new projects, and assumes new responsibilities that make achieving the impossible possible. So, while we all have our areas of expertise, we are a start up minded team that gets shit done at ludicrous speed.

About the job:
Reports to: CEO
The Marketing Director will lead our marketing team and will have the overall responsibility for both strategic direction and the implementation of all Rosé Mansion events, communication, budgets and delivery of marketing campaigns from start to finish. The Marketing director will also share accountability, along with the rest of the marketing team, to build brand awareness, social media coverage, and make an overall impact that meets high business standards!
A successful Marketing Director with Rosé Mansion, will understand our vision and our target market and be able to drive results with a keen attention to detail and organization. Our team would appreciate those who are results-driven, and most importantly, someone who thrives in a fast paced start-up environment with an entrepreneurial mindset. The Marketing team and their efforts are vital to the continued success of Rosé Mansion!
Experience and requirements:
6+ years of experience prefered leading a team of 5+
Experience managing ad spend of $1M+ along with track record of e-commerce at $5M+
Experience managing at least 5+ vendors
Ability to develop marketing strategies that are aligned with our creative vision and will reinforce our brand and drive awareness
Use of social media platforms to reach our market at its full potential
Organize and execute marketing campaigns and events; including but not limited to media, print, online platforms, demos, and any other interactive techniques
Spearhead any leads for potential external partnerships by initiating business conversation and seeking new revenue opportunities
Partner with our creative team to enhance all efforts and improve our Rosé Mansion story - bringing creative ideas to life!
Extensive knowledge, skills, in social media and content marketing
Identify new creative opportunities and any new marketing trends
Work closely with the rest of the team to execute launches and/or initiatives as planned
Competency in Microsoft and G-Suite
