Day to day responsibilities:
You will be responsible for the development and execution of HealthKick’s marketing strategy across B2B and B2C channels to support new business development, drive member engagement and build brand equity.
- Lead the development of our marketing strategy including communications and social media strategy, and the creation of consistently excellent brand content, including direct email, blog, social, marketing collateral and website
- Tell the HealthKick brand story with a clear understanding of target audiences, wellness trends and corporate wellness industry developments
- Lead the creation and execution of dynamic and targeted marketing campaigns that are brand-elevating, customer-relevant and effective in informing and engaging our client and industry audiences
- Enable sales prospecting to position HealthKick as a thought leader and drive inbound lead generation and conversion
- Drive member engagement strategy to support retention and expansion of existing HealthKick clients
- Oversee Marketing Manager in developing campaigns from ideation to execution, including logistics coordination, development of all marketing assets and communications and social strategy
- Oversee Brand Partnerships Manager and develop sales strategy for partner marketing packages and grow revenue from enhanced marketing packages
- Cultivate HealthKick "influencer" network among wellness professionals associated with brands on HealthKick's platform
- Represent HealthKick at conferences; identify key industry events/panel opportunities to attend
- Identify opportunities to connect with media leads; update PR team regularly on upcoming initiatives/events, new partnerships to create press opportunities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of relevant experience;
- Strong preference for individuals with B2B and B2C experience in the luxury/wellness consumer industries.
- Detail-oriented and metrics driven with a focus on delivering results with excellent organizational, project management and problem-solving skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in marketing strategy and execution with a thorough knowledge of marketing principles, solutions management, sales and business development.
- Demonstrated experience in applying marketing best practices to drive industry relationships, differentiated thought leadership, new business acquisition, and client retention/expansion is required.
- Ability to navigate and thrive within a start-up environment. Avid juggler; able to shift gears and manage multiple priorities with enthusiasm and energy; proactive colleague who has great management skills
