About the Role

Reporting directly into the General Manager (GM) for contact lenses, you’ll join a nimble team of engineers and designers who own the contact lens product at Simple Health.

As the Marketing Growth Lead, you’ll be responsible for developing and managing a sustainable growth strategy.

In practice, this will involve a combination of marketing initiatives (channel development, optimization) and product management (onboarding, checkout, retention optimization).

The ideal candidate is someone who gets excited about a role that is equal parts strategy and execution. You will have exposure to every aspect of the business and the ability to influence the business’s direction. At the same time, you’ll have to roll your sleeves up and manage details. We are a small team, and we take pride in owning the work from start to finish.


Job responsibilities include but aren't limited to

  • Helping to develop and execute a long-term SEO strategy
  • Managing our existing ad spend, and conducting tests on new channels
  • Performing data analyses to segment and understand our patients’ needs
  • Conducting surveys and patient interviews to test new ideas
  • Partnering with a designer and a developer to conduct A/B tests on our user flow
  • Pitching new business models or offerings that we could develop to grow the business

About You

  • 4+ years experience in marketing, growth or product management
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Familiarity with search marketing, both paid and organic, is a huge plus
  • A self starter with a desire to learn
  • Ability to multitask various projects and stay organized
  • SQL literate
  • Excited about our mission and the opportunity to grow with us
