As Marketing Lead for ClassPass Live, you will own the acquisition goals for ClassPass’ digital content product. You will be a part of the greater marketing organization, and partner closely with product, engineering, finance, and pricing to ensure we exceed targets and drive growth.

First and foremost, you are a curious self-starter and like to get your hands dirty. You have experience working in hyper growth environments across a number of different channels. Leveraging your growth marketing skills (including paid advertising, inbound marketing, mobile marketing, and lifecycle), you will reach and activate new users. You care deeply about building an enduring brand, are creative about developing new campaigns, and rigorous about learning from the data you collect and the experimental campaigns you run.

What you will do

  • Clearly define measurable goals, core strategies and efficient tactics to ultimately drive cost-effective acquisition and retention for our ClassPass Live product
  • Build and execute on a cross-channel strategy to drive sustained and growing user acquisition (both traditional and creative campaigns encouraged) including:
    • Performance marketing efforts to identify and drive cost-effective acquisition opportunities
    • Organic marketing efforts across desktop and mobile platforms to drive traffic and generate awareness
    • Maximizing organic traffic including referral programs
    • Experiment and optimize promo strategies and pricing experiments.
    • Creative lifecycle marketing programs to help activate and retain users
  • Budget effectively across your channels, track marketing spend and results and continue to measure ROI on all initiatives.
  • Work closely with the product managers and engineers to align acquisition channels and offers to best represent the product and increase our market opportunity
  • Work with Analytics and Product teams to establish strong tracking across all customer acquisition & retention initiatives
  • Manage external agencies to deliver business results, making judgment calls on what is best managed in-house or externally

About You

  • 3-6 years of performance marketing experience, preferably in consumer tech
  • Deep understanding of performance metrics (CPM, CMI, CPA, CPC & LTV)
  • Hands on experience with advertising on Google Adwords, Facebook, Apple, Instagram, Snap and similar digital marketing platforms
  • Experience with ESPs and building/shipping email campaigns
  • Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Looker, Amplitude, MixPanel or similar platform
  • Experience in a highly analytical role, SQL experience a plus
  • Strong understanding of tracking and attribution using Adjust, AppsFlyer or similar platform
  • Experience driving integrated marketing techniques
  • Execution oriented mindset - with the humility, drive, and scrappiness to get it done
  • Love and passion for your craft
