Mighty Marketing Lead
Mighty is looking for a Marketing Lead to grow our community of young entrepreneurs and support their success.
As Marketing Lead, you will have a big impact on our mission to empower the next generation of entrepreneurs. You will develop and execute marketing programs across all channels, with an emphasis on digital advertising, social media, and content marketing.
This role reports to the Chief Operating Officer. Mighty is based in NYC, but we are open to remote candidates.
Responsibilities
Partner with the CEO and COO to develop a marketing strategy that meets company goals and can be executed successfully within budget.
Develop and deploy digital advertising campaigns that drive acquisition
Create and manage Mighty’s social media accounts
Write, and recruit others to write, blog content that engages CEOs and drives SEO
Create and moderate online community groups that drive engagement
Support the CEO and COO in managing influencers, partners, and media as needed.
Analyze and report on the results of all marketing programs. Iterate quickly based on data.
Identify new opportunities to drive acquisition and engagement by looking across multiple sources of data and user feedback.
About You
3+ years of digital marketing experience, including creating campaigns and managing spend without agency support.
2+ years in Customer Support or advising/ coaching/ mentoring of any kind
Portfolio of blog and social posts for personal or professional use that demonstrate strong content creation abilities.
Experience working with kids and parents is prefered
Comfortable executing quickly with limited information and resources; not afraid to try new things, make mistakes, and learn from them.
Comfortable pulling from multiple sources of data to draw insights
Creative problem solver; excited to be continuously experimenting
