Marketing Manager, Conversion

About the role
We are looking for a Marketing Manager to develop, scope and implement digital initiatives that drive conversion rate optimization and personalization across channels. You will use data to drive campaign ideation, decision-making and end-to-end digital customer journeys using segmentation, audience selection and targeting rules. This is a critical role within our organization with opportunity to drive micro (landing page testing) and macro (user cohort journey optimization) optimization. We are foundationally building personalization into the fabric of our platform; this role will serve as an organizational champion and functional expert in that effort.
What you’ll do
- Identify and drive incremental improvement in core functional areas of the customer acquisition lifecycle through iterative testing and optimization routines alongside technological development
- Uncover and optimize towards the difference in user behavior by device type (desktop, tablet, mobile) and traffic source (organic, paid marketing, direct, etc.)
- Develop and drive personalization and optimization strategies that meet the unique demands of various user cohorts (e.g., casual, core, and viral)
- Work closely with product and tech to test and optimize acquisition and engagement opportunities within the product experience
- Own optimization of the new user registration and deposit flows; deliver a plan for continual testing and enhancements to drive KPI improvement
- Partner with the product organization, providing feedback on opportunities and influencing the product development roadmap
Who we’re looking for
- 5+ years working in conversion optimization or equivalent experience working
- Someone to apply detailed knowledge of web analytics, user segments, and audiences as they relate to the optimization process
- Deep levels of expertise in A/B and multivariate testing, user flow analysis, optimization tools (Optimizely preferred) and analytics
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills a must
- Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines, and reporting
- Proven track record in performing well in a fast-paced environment
