Job Description

As the marketing manager supporting our enterprise business, you will be joining a global team of mission-driven people who work daily to bring more affordable medical imaging to the world. 

You will play a key role in executing our strategic plan to bring our disruptive ultrasound device and the surrounding ecosystem to the world’s top healthcare organizations. This is an incredible opportunity to have an immediate impact at a hyper-growth healthcare tech company. 

We are developing additional software and product offerings to address the needs of large healthcare organizations, it’s important that we are able to deliver compelling and effective value propositions, core messaging, and effective launch/nurture campaigns. This role will be a key addition to our commercial team. This person will support the team in developing qualitative and quantitative content and collaborate closely with all marketing, product, sales, and professional services to drive Butterfly’s growth and our customer’s success.

What You'll Do

  • Work with the marketing team to support and execute creative, cohesive, and integrated marketing programs for our Enterprise health systems business. 
  • Support team with product launch activities and create and execute go-to-market strategies 
  • Create content (e.g. product videos, website copy, blog posts, articles, case studies, infographics) to articulate the benefits of the product to the marketplace
  • Create compelling omnichannel marketing campaigns to drive new demand or expand footprint of existing enterprise deployments
  • Support team in updating customer and sales collateral
  • Work closely with Product Management team and Sales team to ensure there is a clear understanding of features scope and value
  • Develop value proposition and messaging in line with company-level messaging for all new features and enhancements within assigned areas
  • Partner with Enterprise team to create and monitor outreach campaigns as well as compelling sales enablement tools to drive demand in priority markets
  • Develop high-value programs that drive adoption/revenue  

Partner with Enterprise Client Success team to create programs, campaigns and assets that are used to drive successful enterprise deployments 

Qualifications

Baseline skills/experiences/attributes:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5 -10 years of marketing experience in healthcare across Product Marketing and Field Marketing
  • Experience and exposure supporting field sales teams and creating sales enablement and collateral
  • Proven experience successfully launching software or devices in large healthcare organizations preferably health systems and providers
  • Stellar written and verbal communication skills, highly organized, collaborative and detail oriented
  • Curious, Hard-working, Team player, with a deep interest in healthcare and technology
