Marketing Manager Lead Generation

Responsibilities:
- Manage marketing automation platform and relationship with CRM Act-On/HubSpot, NetSuite
- Manage and measure inbound lead strategy, properly tracking all inbound leads
- Implement nurture program strategy
- Work closely with SDR/Sales teams in overall strategy & measurement
- Ensure every lead is accounted for, qualified & tracked appropriately
- Support all other external email comms. Including Monthly Newsletter, Promotional Emails, Event reminders, etc.
- Work closely with graphic designer & content manager to improve overall effectiveness
- Responsible for measuring success and new strategy implementation
- Assist and support sales efforts with alignment on messaging & content, including material such as one pagers
- Align with sales for presentations within Microsoft PPT
- Support in the creation of presentations
- Actively suggest new ideas for presentations and client strategy
- Assist Events Coordinator with tracking effectiveness and ROI of events/tradeshows
- Support the Events Coordinator with tracking effectiveness and ROI of events
- Manage approach to client swag & events giveaways, keep running inventory of material
- Support in events promotion across all Fluent Social platforms
Requirements
- Strong understanding of marketing principles including lead generation, sales funnel, branding, and positioning
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Marketing role
- BS/BA Degree in Marketing or Marketing focus preferred
- Previous experience working with and knowledge of Email Marketing Platform, HubSpot a plus
- Strong communication and analytical skills, statistical background preferred
- Working knowledge of all social media platforms (LinkedIn Facebook, Twitter, Instagram)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, a plus
- A desire to continually learn new skills and collaborate with colleagues to achieve high-reaching team goals
