BEHOLD! Caesars Sportsbook has an amazing opportunity for someone's next great career adventure. We are currently looking for a Marketing Manager, RI.
The Marketing Manager, RI is responsible for customer acquisition and retention via social media, CRM, and field marketing that addresses regional business objectives/challenges, managing partnerships (internal and external), executing regional offers and implementing brand programming by working closely with HQ and Partner Marketing and Regional Digital Marketing and Ops teams.
The ideal candidate is an integrated 360° marketer with a strong writing background. The candidate will be working in a highly matrixed organization, managing partner relationships and partner brand strategy, including content management, customer relationship management, social media, campaign execution, analytics, and is experienced working successfully with cross-functional teams.
What You Will Do:

  • Build and execute integrated media and digital strategy and plans across paid, owned, and earned channels to drive engagement, acquisition, and retention.
  • Establish KPIs for digital engagement and guide the development of a comprehensive digital marketing strategy
  • Maximize player acquisition, retention, and lifetime value while operating a low Cost Per Acquisition
  • Participate in the development of campaign creative briefs and manage agencies to develop launch strategies and ensure flawless execution.
  • Guide the process of digital creative development and media planning and buying in order to meet player acquisition targets
  • Oversee the management of budgets for digital marketing and CRM activity; Ensure campaign ROIs are optimized
  • Create editorial messaging calendar to guide social media and website content; Oversee flawless execution within internal teams and agencies
  • Oversee relationships with commercial partners and ensure relationships are built and maintained through quarterly business reviews, formal and informal meetings as appropriate
  • Collaborate and build strong relationships with cross-functional teams to scope projects; Be the trusted partner to our internal teams, agencies, and vendors
  • Collaborate with Operation Managers and Casino Partners to make sure that campaigns are executed to standards
  • Strategically ideates and directs campaigns around tentpole events in sports calendar, aligning all available assets internally and with all partners


What You Will Need:

  • B.A. or B.S. degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications
  • 8+ years total experience with at least 5 years in digital marketing in-house or at media, marketing or advertising firms or agencies
  • Superior presentation and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of sports betting and passionate about sports
  • Business-to-Consumer marketing experience within a fast-paced retail environment preferred
  • Experience working with a content management platform such as AEM, Drupal, Kentico, Sitecore, or a similar platform
  • Experience working with marketing automation platforms or customer relationship management platforms such as Marketo, Salesforce, or similar platform
  • Experience managing Social Media campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube) and utilizing social media platforms such as Falcon, Hootsuite, Social Studio, or similar
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Project management and task orientation, able to track multiple elements in multiple stages of development
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to function independently, which includes prioritizing and organizing work
  • Keen sense of urgency and commitment to setting and individually meeting deadlines
  • Ability to analyze problems and make appropriate decisions

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
  • Must be able to lift, pull or push 25 lbs.
  • Must be able write for extended periods of time.
  • Must be able to twist, bend or reach with no significant boundaries.
  • This position may be exposed to a smoke-filled environment
